2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the RoadTripPark application, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

3. Description of Service

RoadTripPark is a mobile application for planning, documenting and sharing road trips. The service includes route creation, travel journal, photo gallery, social sharing and mapping.

4. Access Requirements

To use RoadTripPark, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Create an account with a valid email address
• Have a compatible device (Android 7+)

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Plans

RoadTripPark offers three plans:

• Free: access to the Costa Dorada road trip, live map and stage validation enabled.
• Roadtrip Pass (€7.90): 1-year access to ONE road trip of your choice. One-off purchase via Google Play (Non-Renewing Subscription). No auto-renewal, no further charge after the 1-year period.
• Annual Subscription (€39.90/year): 1-year access to the 27 road trips in the catalogue. Tacit annual renewal, cancellable at any time from Google Play (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period).

Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store. Displayed prices include applicable taxes.

When a Roadtrip Pass or the annual subscription expires, the road trip and its live map become locked again. Your profile, photo gallery and replay map (recorded trace) remain accessible.

Annual Subscription (tacit renewal): automatically renewed at each annual term, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > RoadTripPark > Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you retain access until the expiration date.

Roadtrip Pass (Non-Renewing Subscription): one-off purchase with no renewal. No cancellation is needed: at the end of the 1-year period, access to the corresponding road trip ends automatically with no further charge. To regain access, simply make a new purchase.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Annual Subscription: by confirming your subscription, you acknowledge that access to the digital catalogue is immediate and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Roadtrip Pass: if you have not yet started the purchased road trip, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase directly from Google Play (Account > Payments and subscriptions > Order history). Once the road trip has been started, access is deemed consumed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

7. Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are not refundable by us, unless otherwise required by law. Refund requests must be made directly to Google Play (Account > Payments and subscriptions > Order history > Report a problem), in accordance with the Google Play policy. RoadTripPark does not directly manage payments or refunds.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you publish on RoadTripPark (photos, texts, itineraries). By publishing content, you grant RoadTripPark a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display such content as part of the service, for the duration of your account usage.

You agree not to publish content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory or infringing on the rights of others
• Violent, hateful or discriminatory in nature
• Containing personal information of third parties without their consent
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• Pornographic or sexually explicit in nature

Publishing your travel journal: you may publish the journal of a completed road trip. A published journal is visible to all signed-in users of the app, not only your friends. Publishing is optional and reversible: you can unpublish your journal at any time from the app.

Reporting and moderation: any user may report a piece of content (photo, journal, comment) or a user they believe violates these terms. Published content is subject to automated moderation; content reported by several users is automatically hidden as a precaution pending human review. RoadTripPark reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and, in the event of serious or repeated violations, to suspend the author's account under the conditions of section 10. Republishing content hidden following reports is blocked until the review is complete. To contest a moderation decision: contact@roadtrippark.com. Our child safety standards apply to all content published on the service.

9. Intellectual Property

The RoadTripPark application, its design, code, logos and brand are the property of RoadTripPark. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. The itineraries and editorial content offered in the application are protected by copyright.

10. Termination

By the user:

You may delete your account at any time from the application settings. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of all your data, photos and road trips: immediate deletion from our active servers, with encrypted backups purged within 90 days maximum.

By RoadTripPark:

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in the event of:

• Violation of these terms of use
• Repeated publication of unlawful or inappropriate content
• Abusive behaviour towards other users
• Fraudulent use of the service

In the event of suspension, you are informed when you sign in to the app. You may contest the decision by writing to contact@roadtrippark.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

RoadTripPark is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. RoadTripPark shall not be held liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service
• Data loss due to technical failure
• The accuracy of itineraries or information displayed
• Force majeure events (outages, natural disasters, etc.)

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to first contact us at contact@roadtrippark.com to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, if the amicable resolution fails within 60 days, you may use the following free mediation service:

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the defendant's place of residence, in accordance with ordinary rules of jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via the application. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
