1. Our Commitment
RoadTripPark enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Creating, publishing, sharing, or soliciting such content is strictly prohibited on the service.
Any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation results in removal of the content, suspension of the account and, where applicable, a report to the competent authorities.
This policy complies with applicable child protection laws and with the child safety standards of the Google Play program.
2. Prevention and Moderation in the App
- Automatic photo moderation: every published photo is automatically analyzed (AWS Rekognition) to detect inappropriate content; content detected as such is rejected.
- Built-in reporting: any user can report a travel journal or a photo directly in the app (🚩 button).
- Precautionary hiding: content reported by several users is automatically hidden pending human review; republication is blocked until the review is complete.
- Sanctions: removal of the content and suspension of the author's account under the conditions of section 10 of the Terms of Service.
- Blocking: any user can block another user at any time.
3. Reporting Content
If you come across inappropriate content or behavior:
- In the app: use the 🚩 report button available on travel journals and photos.
- By email: write to contact@roadtrippark.com (monitored address).
In the event of confirmed CSAE content, we cooperate with the competent authorities and report the facts to the dedicated organizations (national authorities and, where applicable, NCMEC — the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
4. Intended Audience
RoadTripPark is an app intended for adults (van and motorhome travelers). It offers no features aimed at children and does not target that audience.
